Windows 7 randomly crashes

my specs...

Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bits
AMD Phenom II X4 955 Processor 3.20ghz
8 GB ram

BSOD error from event viewer...

Hi Eric
It would appear from your info that you are using Windows 7 build 7600.2
and you don't appear to have the service pack 1 installed ,,i may be wrong.

The BCP Code (in my experience) usually relates to the Graphic card drivers
I had a similar experience some time ago, so i uninstalled All the g card drivers
(in my case it was Nvidia 580 drivers) using the uninstall package that comes with the newest drivers
It gives you the option to do a clean install
For me problem solved
I also would recommend installing the S/Pack whatever system you are using
and update the Mobo Bios too.

You are right, the SP is missing.

Agreed... do a clean install & then, put in MSE & then, make sure ALL the Windows Updates are done/get done.
