Hello,
I am really looking forward to the Windows 7.8 update. I have a Nokia Lumia 800 phone that already runs Windows Phone 7.5. By the way I am developing a VoIP app for Windows Phone 7 OS with an SDK, Ozeki VoIP SDK (according to the followings: Ozeki C# VoIP SDK - A SIP SDK for software developers). Sorry, just meant to give an advice. The best thing would be to buy a Nokia Lumia 920 that runs Windows Phone 8 OS, later might do so.
