Windows 7 Windows 7 boot location - Fixed

My Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit-SP1 has changed my my boot/start (not sure of the correct term) screen from desktop to my libraries folder. I would like it returned/reset to my desktop. I would appreciate any (simple) help. Thanks.

Edit: I did a system restore to a couple days ago...seems to have worked.
