Windows 7 Windows 7 Permissions for Changing System Time

Hi,

I know in Windows XP there was an issue with permissions for Users trying to change the System Time, anyone know if this also applies in Windows 7? Here's the article which detailed the workaround to allow a Domain User change the System Time in XP

I'm not sure how exactly you'd go about doing that in Windows 7, but it would be somewheres in the group policy editor.
