Windows 7 Windows 7 Resume Problem

hey guys! im having sum prob with my 32 bit operating windows 7. when i log off or switch my user account, after 10 mins it goes to sum kindda sleep! this happens always when i finish using and switch the moniter off. And what i have to do is to power off the computer and on it again? after that it says resuming windows and it goes to black. and again after 5 or 6 mins it comes back and at the starting its very slow. so any one know how to stop this hibernating?

Go into Control Panel and find Power Options. In there you can turn off all hibernation and standby crap.
