I just think that the ideas there are f***ing auesom!!!  If stuff like that is comming in a few years from Microsoft, Apple and linux will be dead.

Well, back to the stuff about Software + Services, I would say that Windows Live is a good example. You can access your email from anywhere, and use Windows Live Mail software to view your emails when your offline. Also, you have an integrated contact list between email and IM, which is cool.
