Windows 7 Windows 7 Themes!

For some reason after a restart I no longer have any themes and am forced to use the old ugly classic theme! Is there any way to fix this?

Could you detail a little more? What have you tried. Presumably you do know the usual procedure but, fwiw
Right click the desktop and select personalize.

Try redoing your Windows Experience test, and then right click the desktop > personalize > then select one of the themes with AERO.

What were you doing before you restarted the computer? Did you install a software that need to restart the computer, did you install a windows update, or did you install new hardware that required restarting the machine?
