Windows 7 windows 7 wired no internet access

So I have laptop and I have wired internet.
Yesterday its just stoped working
IPv4 connecitivty No internet access
IPv6 connectivity No network access
When Im trying to detecting problems Troubleshooting couldnt identify the problem.
Whats the problem guys?
Now It says Your computer appears to be correctly configured ,but the device or resoucre (www.miscrosoft.com) is not respondig
when i type ipconfig/all its say

It appears you network adapter is not getting any addresses. Does it appear normal in the properties if you open the Connections Panel (ncpa.cpl)?

Do you have whatever it is connected to set up to be a DHCP server? Have you tried entering an IP address manually?

Use the Services Panel (Services.msc) to make sure the DHCP client is running and set to Automatic start.
