Windows 8 Windows 8.1 BSoDs SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION and KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

Hey, I gonna do a clean uninstall on the AMD Drivers but when I was starting up my computer I got a BSoD here's the dump file

I cleanly uninstalled my GPU Drivers and have reinstalled. The Crashes are still happening, Just got another KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED heres the dump file

same again really, the gpu driver or graphics itself has an issue. I never did actually ask which card it was you were running please post make and model.

You could try using a different driver. Try the version previous to this one installed (I worked out you already had the latest on anyway) This page from Guru3D.com has access to previous driver versions. Try a few different ones to see if it makes any difference.

If the bsod doesn't stop and the dump files are still blaming the gpu then you might have a faulty gpu. Is it possible for you to try the gpu in a different machine say a friends?

Did you ever get round to trying the running on one stick of RAM as suggested several posts back?

Check all connections and settings.

You could also try turning off hardware acceleration

Lastly try installing the driver part only. Don't include the Catalyst control centre and see if it makes a difference.
 
The Card is a Radeon R9 280. This has been a persisting issue I had a Radeon 7850 HD And I though that the card was faulty so I bought a new one. Clearly this hasn't fixed the issue, Could it be a problem with the motherboard?
 
It could be.. if the card has two PCIE slots try the card in the other slot.
