Windows 8 Windows 8.1 Dell xps focus stolen 2012

I need help with my computer my focus is constantly stolenand it only happens on my account not anyone elses its a dell xps and ive tried scans, process explorer and im just confused please help!

Some details (punctuation) would help.

1. A dell xps is a laptop/ note book with extended screen size… that doesn’t really tell us much and a model number would be better.

2. In computer terms a focus is the point at which the computer is currently pointing… for example this excel page has a focus of C1 because that cell is selected.

this is not a laptop it is a desktop it windows 8.1 pro, intel, 64 bit, i cant get the model number
