Luckily for me, since my Windows8 machine is nearly useless as a production device, it won't be a major tragedy when an automatic update to some driver causes a major system malfunction. I'll still be getting work done with my Win7 machines. I'll just be less frustrated from spending hours trying to figure out how to make Win8 useful
