Windows 8 Windows 8 Bluetooth USB Integration

Hello, recently I have begun using Bluetooth, but due to the fact that my PC can't connect to Bluetooth devices on its own, I use a USB. It is the Broadcom BCM20702 Bluetooth 4.0 USB Device. The problem is that whenever it is plugged in, and a Bluetooth device is connected, it frequently loses connection to my network, and displays that I have limited access.
I have done all that I can find when it comes to tutorials, but it is all to no avail. I have fully updated of its drivers, and what is the most peculiar is that it only happens when I am connected to a certain router. Due to this occurrence, I assume it is the router, but it isn't indefinite.
Edit: I only get limited access upon doing something taxing to the server/bandwidth: Youtube, Joining Multiplayer Game Servers...
