Hiya folks,

I've got a 2011 Razer Blade 17" laptop. I've refurbished it and have it running a fully updated instance of Windows 10 with the switchblade UI working as well. One issue I am having is that the hotkeys for adjusting the screen brightness (FN + F8, F9) do not work when Windows automatically updates the graphic driver. Every few days I have to reinstall a known working driver (Intel_Graphics 9.17.10.2817.exe) in order to get my hotkeys to work again.

I've tried all the normal recommendations and nothing has worked so far. I would love to know if there's some way to figure out systematically what exactly prevents the hotkeys from working and what the connection to that is to the graphics driver.

Any insights any of you may have would be tremendously helpful.

Thanks~!
