Windows 7 Windows Mail stops working

With the great help offered on this site, I was able to port over the mail program from Vista to Windows 7. And it worked great. Suddenly it refused to open. I connected, and it asked if I wanted to go on line. Sure, fine with me. But it gave a message that it had to shut down. Do I want to find a solution online? Ok. It shut down. I get this error:

Anyone know what is causing this and how to fix it?

Maybe not the help or advice you are seeking, but why don't you give Windows Live Mail a test run? It costs nothing and is superior in many respects to Windows mail or Outlook Express.

Oh you just sweared :) Windows Live Mail isn't even in the equation for me. I wouldn't even use the mail that is in Vista if I could use Outlook Express. Which fits like a comfy old shoe. But I don't know what I did or didn't do, but Windows Mail is working again. It did this once before. Started working, then wouldn't load without complaining that it couldn't. Then started up again. The only thing I changed, I remembered that Internet Explorer settings affect the mail client too. So I went to file in Internet Explorer and unticked work offline. Then I loaded Windows Mail and no more trouble after that. Could be a coincidence too, anything is possible in Windows.
