Windows 7 Windows Messenger

How do you disable Windows Messenger so that it does not automatically load on startup (it is not setup in the "Startup Folder)?

There is an option in the messenger menu automatucally run messenger when I log into Windows that you can uncheck, or type msconfig in the search bar in the start menu and under the startup tab you can dissable it there.
