Windows Vista Windows Movie Maker Problem

I am having problem in windows movie maker after editing my movie and when ready to publish i have added some music files and photos also the timeline is about 2 hr and 56 min i also tried find out in web and got some message to uninstall nero and filter some codec components and also tried in safemode all failed can any one please help me out to finsh my movie the following error message is described in problem and solutions in control pannel
