Hi
I have installed Windows server 2016 essentials on a system using Silicon Sil3114 Raid5 with 3 4TB Drives the install went find as normal but the system will not boot. When the system is starting up I hit <F11> and the Raid5 system is there as an option to boot on, but when I select it, it just comes up asking to insert a boot disk. I tried re-installing windows again and this time it did see the previous install and even told me that it would copy the previous windows to windows old folder.
but the same thing happens the second time as well.

Any help would be greatly apricated
