Windows 8 windows store on my laptop

i recently got a new laptop and im trying to get my windows store on there, before i got a laptop my previous computer had windows store on it and ive gone into my windows store account to add my laptop as a new device but i cant seem to do it. please help.

if its any help ive got windows 8.1 on my laptop
