Windows 10 windows update history not showing up

I try to to to view windows history and notjing shows up. I check windows updates says Iam up to date. last up that was in stalled was on Fe 12 ran trouble shooter rans sfc scan now and showed no errors thereis nothing in view update history. i have had a dell tech look into he claims nothing is wrong but i am not sure if my updates are working

I do not have a windows 10 instaation disc and every thing on here was backed upp from windows 7 by geek squad so if a new installation of 10 is needed i will lose everything i have

If you've gone through a build upgrade recently the history will be reset.
