I would love to find a way to save my desktop in Windows Aero and get to reboot in Windows Aero, without having to reset in control panel/ personalise/ windows color and apearance each time I reboot. Is there as way this can be done?

I set mine by right-clicking on the desktop and then choosing 'Personalise' and then the settings are saved in your user settings automatically. You shouldn't have to keep resetting it everytime...

Thats what I wanted. And thank you. Oh yes I will file that. But, most likely lose it soon enough. But, again thanks as this was driving me nuts.
