Hi!
I recently made a system restore because a program deleted some registry keys and windows didn't boot anymore.
So the only option was system restore because I don't know how to install windows.
The only problem was that is 2015 and the most recent point was 2012.
To be more specific 05.02.2012.
I know is crazy but I wanted my laptop back to life.
Now I have applications errors and blue screens if I run new programs I just installed .
And I believe the problem is Windows updates.
Since I made the restore I didn't update anything.
If I check drivers there is no exclamation mark. But also if I check for updates there are no updates.
As for Windows update that's my biggest problem.
If I check there are no windows updates.
The last one were installed in 2012, but if I check it doesn't give me any updates.
I think that's a big problem because I run 2015 programs on a 2012 laptop.
What can I do to obtain all updates from 2012 to 2015?
Date settings are corect. I checked even bios.

You can download it from Microsoft's official website. 4. Search for the specific updates your system requires based on your Windows version. 5. Update Device Drivers: - Ensure that all your device drivers are up to date. Visit the manufacturer's website for each component (like graphics card, network adapter, etc.) and download the latest drivers compatible with your system. 6. Check Event Viewer for Errors: - Use the Windows Event Viewer to check for errors related to failed updates or application crashes. Look for specific error codes and descriptions that might point to underlying issues. 7. Consider Upgrade Options: - If updating Windows 7 proves to be challenging, consider upgrading to a newer version of Windows that is actively supported with security updates. Windows 10 is a recommended option for modern system compatibility and ongoing support. 8. Backup Important Data: - Before attempting major updates or upgrades, ensure that your important data is backed up to prevent data loss in case of unexpected issues during the update process. By following these steps, you can address the lack of updates on your system and ensure that your Windows 7 installation is up to date with essential security patches and improvements from 2012 to 2015.
