indows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause. To fix the problem:

1. Insert your windows installation disc and restart your computer.
2. Choose your language settings, and then click "Next."
3. Click "Repair your computer."

If you do not have this disc, contact your system administrator or computer manufacturer for assistance.

File: \Windows\system32\winload.exe

Status: 0xc000000f

Info: The selected entry could not be loaded because the application is missing or corrupt

If you are still getting the same message when you are attempting to boot from you installation media there is likely one of three things going on.
1. The BIOS is not set properly to boot to the CD/DVD
2. You are not hitting a keyboard key when prompted to hit any key to boot from CD.
3. There is something wrong with your installation media.
In the case of number 3 you can obtain the installation media ISO from here http://techdows.com/2011/07/downloa...h-sp1-iso-official-direct-download-links.html
Be sure that you get the proper Version to fit your product key and the proper system architecture (32 or 64 bit) to match the version you have installed.
Use something like ImgBurn from here http://www.imgburn.com/ to burn the ISO to a DVD, use the slowest speed your burner and media support usually 4x or 6x should be fine. Then boot from that media.
