Windows Vista WMP and NASA TV

Nasa tv no longer works on my Vista or XP platforms on WMP. Works okay on Real Player Probably a codec missing, any suggestions gratefully received

Just had email from nasa multimedia team. They are experiencing difficulties please try again later. Nice to know it's not me for a change
