Windows 7 Wolfenstein accidentally deleted

Please help!

I have accidentally deleted in my Windows 7 start menu Return to Castle Wolfenstein separate folder. I haven't noticed it before, simply because I do not have time to play games and I thought it might be a virus, trojan or anything like that. Then I have noticed that the game with the name Wolfenstein bla bla exists in within the Games menu. What am I supposed to do? The Windows 7 came installed on my PC and I do not have the OS CD. How can I bring the game back? Thnx!!!

not sure exactly im a bit new to windows 7 myself

try searching your programs or games folder,or a search should find if its still on your system or maybe restore from recycle bin.
