📎 AI Summary:
The original poster, Melkiah, reports experiencing frequent BSODs with the "Kernel-Power" event (ID 41) on their custom-built Windows 7 machine, which appears linked to their dual Radeon HD 6950s in CrossFire. They note that the issue persists since building the system and can only be mitigated by running with one graphics card. Another user, Elmer, simply directs Melkiah to check another thread, indicating they may not be providing additional troubleshooting tips in this thread. I will attempt to post as much information about the BSOD as I can.

This has become really distressing and is basically forcing me to play games with one card off.

It's been doing this since I've built the machine and the only remedy I've found is to just play the games with 1 card

System specs are as follows

Windows 7 Ultimate Black Edition
Asus Sabertooth 990FX Motherboard with latest bios revision 3/26/12
16GB DDR3 by Corsair Vengeance
Corsair AX750w gold rated PSU
AMD Fx 8120 at stock speeds cooled by Corsair H80
Twin bluray burners
Twin XFX Radeon HD 6950 2gb cards in xfire. Latest AMD Vision revision
Not a whole lot of other stuff attached other than a couple of usb devices if this could be a power concern.

Here is the event data.
Event Viewer reports it as Event-ID 41 "Kernel-Power"
