Hi,
bugcheck 24 is caused by issues to do the ntfs file system.

It could either be driver related or there may be errors actually on the disk drive.
Motherboard drivers
ASRock > H81M-VG4

Make sure your storage/AHCI driver is up to date or the latest available. I did some checking....The latest is here:

Check your drive for errors by running a chkdsk. Right click on the C drive, choose properties, tools then check now. If your offered to check some boxes to search for and repair broken sectors please tick them. You'll need to reboot to start the chkdsk.

Find command prompt via the start menu, right click on it, choose properties and then run as admin. Type:
sfc /scannow
Press enter and await results.

You can run further hardware tests on your drive by running Seagates Seatools, a diagnostic which works for any make of drive:
https://www.seagate.com/gb/en/support/downloads/seatools/

Post any new dump files

Hey, I think I could help you with something. Once I still had such a problem and unfortunately I could not play, which was quite offensive to me. I do not remember how I solved the problem, but I remember that I uninstalled the game, then installed it back and it worked quite well. I since childhood play CSGO and do it to this day. Plus to all for me this type of game is something much more, lately I use and https://skinsmonkey.com / to combine what is pleasant with useful. For me it is enormously productive, I propose this solution to you.
