although the dmp file say's memory corruption it could well be caused by an old bios or driver/s.

BiosVersion = 1306
BiosReleaseDate = 10/08/2012
Latest update stands at 2303 and dated this year. Updates for stability are mentioned, please update:

Hi,
whilst it's true that if a bios update goes wrong it can be bad and may lead to a dead motherboard...BUT.... The days of risky bios updates are pretty much disappeared and as long as you don't turn off the machine or have a power cut mid bios flash then your pretty much golden. These updates are quite critical at times and many a bsod issue has been sorted by a simple bios update. This video shows how straight forward it is to flash your board:
