Solution
Ok, you need to go to your bios. Either Del or F2 to enter the bios. In the bios you need to find Memory timings page. Is probably in Advanced or advanced chipset in their you'll enter the memory timings as given.

Hi thanks 4 help...so what its mean? what should I do? my memory its damage?
I run memtest and its pass 7-8 good...wotk a lot og hours without mistakes...

My friend I can't found such optins in the bios I try in all the bios. here is what i have in advanced and chipset :
