Why the game does not read all the vram graphic card my card asus strix gtx 960 2 gb ram 16 gb my vram 2048 mb and read the game 2007 mb

Perhaps thats all it needs. As long as your not experiencing issues don't worry about it.

It might be borrowing a bit from elsewhere like the pagefile for example.
