Windows 7 can't view 2nd partition

So i have just installed windows 7, its a downloaded version, its all up and running working fine however i can't view my 2nd partition on my hdd which ofc has all my files backed up ect, its windows 7 32 bit home premium can anyone help me with this? thanks

You might just need to assign a letter to it. Try this:
