Windows 7 I unplugged my cmos battery to remove bios password and now my computer keeps restarting

Have you tried using the best settings option found in the bios? When you remove the battery the cmos is basically cleared and so these have to be reset.

Have you try a new cmos battery? And how did you solve it?
