📎 AI Summary:
The original poster reports an error related to their Pictures file, possibly caused by files being uploaded to OneDrive. They ask how to transfer their pictures to an external drive. A responder explains that the error indicates missing or unexpected files and suggests that the issue might be due to OneDrive being on the C: drive or external drive connectivity problems, rather than OneDrive itself causing the error.

I get an error message "The system cannot find the file specified. (0x80070002)" The file it relates to is my Pictures file. Could this be because my pictures are uploaded to One Drive?
If so how do I transfer them to an external drive?
Thanks in anticipation of someone's help.

means the file is missing or not what was expected so there is an text file instead of a photo or just nothing

by default, onedrive is on your C but it could be locked... ime its much more likely this issue is the external drive dropping in and out
