My bluetooth icon for my USB bluetooth is dissappeared from the taskbar and the driver is not reinstalling. There is a ! besides the
driver name on Device Manager. A message coming out saying 'The device is not available' when i try to send a file. The same happens with all the USB bluetooth adapters. It was ok before. When i try to enable the Bluetooth radio it can't be enabled.

Solution
try updating the drivers thru "update driver" option available when you click open the device showing ' ! ' on the device manager.
if that fails, try updating the driver manually by searching the device's driver name(if known) on the internet otherwise asking the developer for the driver issue you are facing.
most probably it is just the driver issue.
