Restore it from your recycle bin.... or from your backup ... or create a new Desktop folder where the old one was and put everything back into it.

its not in the recycle bin i Shift+del it...
tried to create a new shortcut and its just doesnt work...
any help?

Go to your user name in Windows Explorer and right click on the right plane with your user name highlighted and select NEW / FOLDER and type and enter Desktop


You have to add everyting back since it's lost but that's proably easier than reinstalling because a reinstall will also be blank.
