I'm getting the following errors on start up and during shut down. How do I fix this problem?

Is the Microsoft Office Home and Student 2010 update legit? My main concern is that it might be a virus trying to gain access to my computer. My Office 2010 is a copy I got from a friend so I fear if I update, the license would mess up or something and quit working.
