Did you download the right version? I think there are 32 and 64 versions.

Hi DrDouble, I'm thinking did you run the on-line installer, or the off-line installer? if you used the on-line you should install direct from Comodo ... but I would advise downloading then installing. also a good idea to fill in your system spec in your profile, makes it easier for members to help you
