After my mom corrupted the hard drive of my computer I had to factory reset my laptop. Since then I can't use it. I can't open apps, I can't create a windows linked account because I can't get past the services part of windows setup without getting a blue screen. I've looked everywhere and tried recovery points, automatic system repair, random command prompt actions, and nothing has worked, I doubt that my computer just randomly turned into a paper weight by factory resetting it. Any ideas would be welcomed because I don't have any computer repair places near me and don't really want to spend the money on going to a place or getting a new computer.

I'd suggest doing a clean install. It sounds like you tried the reset ( keep data and apps)
