Windows 7 Corrupt offline help. Displays _elbasuer_

Hello!
I had Windows7 (Russian version) without any problem, but after installing Bluetooth "_elbasuer_" message appears instead of help content.
In Internet I have found decision of such issue: Deleting value "BCRM_Bluetooth_Help" from HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Assistance\Client\1.0\Namespaces\OEM\en-US\Topics can solve it. (Link Removed - Invalid URL)
But there is no OEM branch in ...Microsoft\Assistance\Client\1.0\Namespaces in my registry, because I can't use this one.
Does someone faced with such problem and knows another fix of Help system problem?
