I have 3 email accounts on my Windows 8.1 machine as setup in the mail app. One of them, my gmail account, is old and no longer used. In fact, I can't log in to it.
Going to the right, and 'settings', then 'accounts' lists the email accounts I have. Clicking on one of the 'good' accounts gives me a list of options that includes deleting the account. However, my gmail account says 'needs attention', and when I click on it, I get a login screen. I've tried several methods to get to a point where I can delete the account, but haven't figured it out. I'm hoping someone else has had this problem and knows the answer.
