Does anyone know if Dell keeps this app available after warranty expires? I like it as I feel like I'm doing chores to keep system running smoothly - everything seems to be right there - driver downloads, mem check etc. Thanks.

Yes. I use Dells, without warranties, but I have no use for the support assistant and it is uninstalled. If I feel Adriver problem..etc, I check the Dell site manually

I have an ASUS laptop that's going on 4 years old and I like have the ASUS software app that checks for latest drivers. This way I can spend time on my laptop doing "important" things...surf web, play games, spend time on great forums like this one etc lol!
