It would be whatever credentials are required for that given resource. As stated if it's work related the help desk should be able to tell which user account to use, the password would be something only you should know or the helpdesk may be able to reset.

Then without know what you're trying to access all I can offer is a generic answer. You need to contact the operator of whatever it is your trying to access to help you with the credentials.
