Hey guys i'm trying to clean up and remove programs installed
i have a couple questions

1) do i need ALL of these (img below)
2) if not what do i keep
3) i noticed when i remove programs not everything is removed. things like app data docs and all that. is there a good program that will help to clear up files and folders that should not be there anymore?

The answer is possibly. Lots of programs require these to be installed to run. Some of which may require certain versions of a given c++ runtime so I would not go removing them.
