yes its a bullshit file type used to block Windows knowing what to do... sometimes it can just be renamed so if the file was called test.zip before the virrus renamed it to test.tuid you can just name it back but others put an encription key
the best fix is to stay off priate /porn sites but the damage is done now and I'd format / reinstall Windows at this point
