Hi
I am trying to download a video file off of a cell phone camcorder.
When I transfer it to my computer and run it in media player (Win 8.1)
all I get is the video. It plays off the phone audio/video but only video
on my computer. The phone is a 3gp file. I think that it ran off of my
old computer with vista. It might have ran in real player but I don't really
want to download it if I can find an other way to do it.
Thx

Media Player is most likely missing a codex for that file type. With knowing exactly what file type, and what 3rd party codec and if they support that file type. Only thing I can recommended is using VLC player....most every body uses it over MS media player.
