Yo, Im a newbe likely to go to mac if I can't find out about error code 0x8007001B really soon. can anyone help me how does one get help from microsooft?

If you type this into 'Windows Help and support' it gives the answer of 'Repair or update driver'.
So perhaps you need to update your drivers? Which means going to the manufacturers website and getting the necessary software.
