I have an Acer V5-122P-0681 that I got in July. Worked beautifully for a few months. But now it gives me script errors(especially if I am on Google) and will freeze, then flash my desktop background. I have 416GB free of 453 Gb. All updates are current...I have Avast installed and it has not found any virus. Any help?

Decide how badly you have to have Google.

Run Malwarebytes

> cmd, Run as Admin
sfc /scannow, hit Enter

> cmd, Run as Admin
CHKDSK & hit Enter

Cheers,

Uninstall Google and then reinstall it back. That's the easiest solution for 3rd party app problems.
