I made a conflict between my webcam and battery by accident I didn't know Windows 7 has Atk0100 Utility and Ricoch drivers in Updates.
Now I do. So I take out my battery for couple minutes while laptop is shutdown, and that fixes it!

First run updates thought
If you have ATK0100 and Ricoch in devices manager do not install them period.

What I did was burn entire drivers from Asus Website and burned them

What I did was burn entire drivers from Asus Website and burned them and installed Lifeframe3 then it got fixed 😀
