I recently installed W7U 32 from Vista and everything works fine except IE. I've tried to open it a dozen times and I always get this, " IE has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Window will close the program and notify you if a solution is available." It hasn't opened once.

Any ideas as to what the problem is here?

Sure, it's the torrent program, please don;t use torrents, They are for lilttle kids that don't know better and most are illegal to begin with. Some are cracked bversions of high-end software.

They are well known for carrying viruses,
