Hi,
why did you want to run chk disk in the first place? Did something happen or was it a maintenance run?
Try running the system file checker. Rightclick on cmd prompt and run as admin then type:
sfc /scannow
Then hit enter. The scanner will run through and hopefully fix any errors found.
