Hi,
Since a few days, when I try to run chkdsk at the restart appears "impossible to open the volume in direct acces"
Thanks if some one have the solution.

Hi,
why did you want to run chk disk in the first place? Did something happen or was it a maintenance run?
Try running the system file checker. Rightclick on cmd prompt and run as admin then type:

sfc /scannow

Then hit enter. The scanner will run through and hopefully fix any errors found.

I jumped in with zone alam, which seems to have problems such as this with windows 7. But, what other spyware do you have?
Spyware doctor is another which can cause this problem

My disk is 8 monyhs old, like the computer (DELL Latitude E 6400 ATG).

As RAK suggests you could try un-installing the security app.. Did you try the system scan?

Suggestion to run chkdsk as administrator privileges. The volume may exist some errors.
