I get this message during boot. If I click on "Enter", the boot continues normally. I also have lost the System Tray icon which allows you to disconnect external hardware safely. I've tried the bootrec command but it does nothing to fix the problems.

First run a disk check (run command prompt as administrator and enter the command:

chkdsk c:
